CLASSES

Liberty offers a variety of classes allowing students to train purely for fun or towards graded examinations.

Ballet, Tap &
Contemporary Modern Jazz

We offer classical ballet, modern theatre and tap classes where students can work towards graded examinations with the IDTA should they wish. The IDTA is one of the world's leading examination bodies and is favoured by the majority of leading dance and performing arts colleges.

Stars

Stars is a dance programme designed especially for the younger members of our Liberty family.  This is a great introduction to the world of dance & allows students to learn the basics of IDTA ballet, modern & tap through a variety of themed activities whilst having fun & building confidence.

Theatre

This class focusses on drama and singing. Students will explore the technique and performance skills required for acting, singing and musical theatre.

There is also opportunities to take part in LAMDA and IDTA exams

Acro-dance

Acro-dance is the combination of acrobatic moves with classical dance technique.  At Liberty we follow the Acrobatic Arts syllabus which includes balancing, limbering, strengthening and tumble.

Jazz Dance

This is a non-syllabus class where students will have fun exploring different styles of jazz, such as - street, commercial, lyrical, contemporary, musical theatre, etc.

There are classes for all ages from infant to senior.

My daughter loves dancing here and really likes Miss Emma. She does three classes, Ballet, Pop and Musical Theatre.
Love being able to watch her dance and hearing how well she is progressing.
