In order to comply with the Government Guidance on Track and Trace, student’s details may be shared with the Liberty venue.  This will be restricted to the student’s parent/guardians name and phone number.  Should the venue require this information it will be held in a secure manner for a maximum of 21 days, then will be shredded.  This 

information will not be used for any other purpose other than to Track and Trace.
